Welcome at the primary healthcare centre ‘Gezondheidscentrum Nellestein’.
We offer multidisciplinary and integrated healthcare for inhabitants of Nellestein in the Southeast of Amsterdam. In our healthcare centre you will find: general practitioners; nurse practitioners; physiotherapists; pharmacy; social welfare; dietician, psychologist and a podiatrist.

If you want to make an appointment with the doctor you can call between 08.00 and 12.30 hrs and between 13.30 and 16.00 hrs.
You can also make an appointment online via our online patient environment Huisarts Dichtbij (you can switch language to english after you log in). Online is often quicker than by phone. You log in with your DigiD. Do you not yet have a DigiD? You can request this on the DigiD website.

Outside office hours:
After our opening hours and in case of an emergency you can call with 088 0030 600 (Doctors Service Foundation of Amsterdam).
Opening hours: between 16.00 and 17.00 hrs on monday, tuesday en thursday.
You can fill in a form, available at the pharmacy.
You can also order repeat prescriptions online (eHealth). You can log in with your DigiD in our online portal Gezond.nl.

Complaints and compliments
It may happen that something goes wrong in the care you receive from us. It is best to talk about this with your healthcare provider. If you are unable to resolve the issue, you can complete the complaints form and send it to the complaints officer of the GAZO Foundation.
If you are very satisfied with our services and you would like to compliment an employee in our center, we really like to hear that. You can pass on your compliment via the compliment form.
